Shrine Sweets has a no refund or replacement policy for all orders after they leave our possession (handed over to the shipping provider and scanned for shipment). Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order, and checking the order confirmation email. Customers are also responsible for choosing the appropriate method of delivery, bearing local temperatures and weather in mind (please read our Shipping Guidelines). We are not responsible for our products melting during the shipping process, but, we do take great care in packing and shipping to minimize any delays or damage that may incur during transit. Once your order is with the shipping provider, certain unexpected issues may occur which are out of our control. Delays are possible and can be tracked with the shipping provider (see tracking information on your order information email/page).
While Shrine Sweets cannot be held responsible for these issues we want to know about them and will do the best to remediate the situation and make every effort to ensure it does not occur in the future.
